Cancellation

What? You just placed an order and you need to cancel it because you found out that someone bought you the exact same items!  Wonderful.  Just call us at 918 852-6894 or email us at josettebodycare@cox.net within 24 hours to let us know.  

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.  We are PCI compliant and enforce HTTPS protocol for all transactions.

Our Oklahoma Sales Tax is 8.417% will be added to all purchases sent to an Oklahoma address. 

Shipping & Packaging

We are proud to say that we usually ship within 24 hours.  However, give us 3 days just in case Josette is having a melt down.  We will contact you if there should be a delay.  Once we tape up the box and apply the address label, we'll email you with a tracking number. Add 2-3 days for transit.  If you don't have your package in 7 business days, contact us and we will track it down.  We will make wrong thing, RIGHT.

We want to make a good impression with our packaging, but we have a bit of an obsession with waste. We hate to see waste.  We are bombarded with boxes, kraft paper, popcorn, air pillows, etc.  Should we throw those away and buy more?  Can't sister!  Just can't! So you will notice an inconsistency with our packaging.  Popcorn used in this shipment and airbags used in the next one in a box with Amazon tape.

One thing is consistent, you will find a little thank you gift tucked inside! 

Privacy & Security

All financial transactions, whether on line or through a mobile application go through Shopify Inc. Your financial information is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.  Your financial data is not kept by Josette BodyCare and once we hand your card back to you, we will not be able to see your card number (except the last 4) again.  (that should give you PEACE)

Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We only collect and maintain the information we need to fulfill your order, get it shipped, and contact you about it.  We won't sell, give, or barter that information to anyone.  We are INTENTIONAL about your privacy. 

Termination of Agreements

Josette BodyCare has the right to terminate a transaction for any reason. We can't image why we would need to do this as we want to work and play with everyone.  But business protocol says this statement is needed.  It's all about HARMONY!
